2005 Richard Partridge Cabernet Sauvignon

$ 0.00

Winemaking:

2005 was a long, moderate harvest, which allowed for a full flavor maturity and soft, balanced tannin structure.  The wine was aged for 20 months in 100% French Oak, and it was bottled in June 2007.

The Vineyards:

Grapes were sourced from the Hoopes (Oakville) and Batuello (St. Helena) vineyards.

Tasting Notes:

Aromas of cassis, plum, vanilla, and cloves.  The mouth is ripe and opulent, full of red fruits and berry flavors.  The tannins are balanced and velvety, with a long, persistent, fruit driven finish.

Production:
