TASTING NOTES: 

Hailing from our St. Helena estate vineyards, our Cabernet Sauvignon consistently shows beautifully upon release. Early tasting exhibits deep, extracted berry flavors, spice notes, and young, chewy tannins. As this wine ages, these characteristics mellow, showcasing complexity and harmony between layers of elegant fruit, espresso, and balanced tannins.

PAIR WITH:  

Grilled, roasted, or braised red meats with full flavor preparation. Great sauce pairings include meat stock, mustard, and pepper.
