2001 Richard Partridge Cabernet Sauvignon

$ 0.00

Winemaking:

Aged for 23 months in a combination of new and two year old Seguin Moreau, Demptos, and Sylvain French Oak.

The Vineyards:

100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Sacrashe Vineyard in the hills above Rutherford, and Stanton Vineyards in the Oakville Appellation.

Tasting Notes:

Aromas of caramel and oak toast dominate. The flavors are where this wine shines. Dark cherry, briar, mulberry, mocha and sweet oak are seamlessly intertwined. The finish is smooth,  focused and extremely long allowing all these flavors to blend on the palate. This wine is very approachable in its youth.
